This 12-week program provides graduates with the opportunity to enter a high-wage, in demand career in automotive sales and service.

The Service Advisor Consultant program provides students with an introduction to  automotive basics, planning, management, finance, product skills, principles of technology, labor issues, community issues, health, safety, and environmental issues.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to seek an ASE Industry Certification as a certified Automobile Service Consultant.

This unique, first of its kind program was created at the request of Florida Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) and dealerships throughout the state to meet the increasing demand for qualified employees to work in this critical customer service position.

This program pairs you with a local dealership to provide invaluable real-world experience

Industry certification/Licensure

So you’re ready for employment, students take these exams from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and receive an Automotive Service Consultant - C1

This program offers a sequence of courses that provides coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for further education and careers in the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics career cluster; provides technical skill proficiency, and includes competency-based applied learning that contributes to the academic knowledge, higher-order reasoning and problem-solving skills, work attitudes, general employability skills, technical skills, and occupation-specific skills, and knowledge of all aspects of the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics career cluster.
